We hope our Muslim clients, community and candidates had a peaceful and joyous Eid.
With over 1.6 million Muslims celebrating Eid up and down the country, it is the biggest Muslim holiday of the year. Eid al-Adha is the feast of sacrifice, and commemorates Ibrahim agreeing to sacrifice his son Ishmael under the command of Allah.
A celebration of friends and family coming together is an integral part of Eid, along with sharing food and gifts. These unique and trying times have meant many gatherings have had to be cancelled, so whether you spent time self-reflecting with prayer, or gathered in a small group with immediate loved-ones, we hope you were able to enjoy this holiday as much as possible. Eid Mubarak!
