As an Employer Partner to Avado’s Fast Futures programme, designed to provide 18–22-year-olds with digital skills training and access to employment, we are delighted to have now completed our first round of mentoring.

The Key Behind Thriving Fintech

26 Trinnovo Group employees (from our brands Broadgate Search, BioTalent and Trust in SODA) have committed to the mentoring programme, which sees our people paired with one or two mentees from the Fast Futures latest cohort. Providing advice on areas from CV writing and interview preparation, giving them exposure to different areas of business and helping them to build useful connections are all part of mentoring. Mentees are provided with three sessions and feedback from the FF impact report shows that 70% of mentees feel more employable and 60% of mentees say mentoring has improved their confidence.

As an Employer Partner to Fast Futures we also provide workshops to learners about recruitment and training for other Employer Partners around DEI.
