At SODA we have not just contributed we have created the social enterprise Ex-Military Careers, offering employment and training courses helping to bridge the gap from the military to civvy street. Profits raised from Ex-Military Careers and SODA are given to the Ex-Military Foundation which provides CV tips, advise and a mentoring scheme, every qualified employee of SODA is a mentor.
